Alicia Malone

Alicia was through the FilmStruck hiring process in 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone in order to practice speaking them out loud in front of the camera before their TCM live broadcasting audition. She auditioned for a Turner Classic Movies presenting position in 2017, and the channel was hired in January of the next year. Malone addressed the obstacles women face in the movie industry two times in TEDx speeches. Maree Malone has also appeared on a number of other programs including the Today show NPR CNN's The Movies documentary series MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight, MTV and ABC's Live from the Red Carpet Oscar show. Malone also co-created and hosted her own YouTube series Indie Movie Guide, which was produced by Fandango.
